The best solution is establishing certain routes
This is because this solution benefits both sides equally. The aboriginals will be happy because they can choose where they put the paths so that tourists are not walking on the most sacred ground and not disturbing their ancestors. The environmentalists will be happy because not all of the rock will erode. Everyone will be happy because climbing Uluru might become safer because the routes will be away from the most dangerous parts which means less people will get injured or die. The government and tourism industry will be happy because tourists will still come to Uluru so they will continue to make money and they can still keep their jobs. The tourists will be happy because they can still climb Uluru.
This solution is better than other solutions including banning the climb because if climbing was banned then the government and tourism industry would not make as much money and some of the tourists would be upset that they are not allowed to climb. This solution is also better than limiting the amount of people who can climb because that solution would affect business because less people would visit Uluru and some tourists would also be upset that they were not allowed much time on the rock.
